Industry leaders discuss open-standards hardware, software environments at Embedded Tech Trends 2012 from VITA Technologies

COCOA BEACH, Fla., 16 Jan. 2012. Embedded computing editors, industry consultants and pundits, and high-level executives from myriad technology companies have assembled for a two-day conference, Embedded Tech Trends 2012, the brainchild of VITA Technologies in Fountain Hills, Ariz. High-tech executives from firms such as Elma Electronic, Mercury Computer Systems, Themis Computer, MEN Micro, Pentek, and more are discussing the challenges to and benefits of open standards-based hardware and software environments, as well as real-world applications in myriad aerospace and defense environments.
