Goodrich to support LOT Polish Airlines fleet of Embraer 195 aircraft

CHARLOTTE, N.C., 24 April 2012. Goodrich Corp. (NYSE:GR) staff will provide nacelle maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for the thrust reversers, inlet cowls, and other nacelle components of LOT Polish Airlines’ fleet of Embraer 195 aircraft under a five-year Prime Solutions nacelle services agreement. Goodrich will also provide access to large nacelle components for lease or exchange.

The agreement will be managed through Goodrich's Prestwick Service Center in Scotland, which provides support for LOT Polish Airlines' growing fleet of Embraer aircraft.

"This agreement demonstrates how another Embraer E-Jet operator has recognized the value of securing long-term nacelle maintenance and support services with Goodrich. With the largest pool of Embraer E190/195 nacelle components, combined with extensive nacelle MRO presence in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, Goodrich is uniquely positioned to provide support programs for these nacelle components to the airlines in this region," Marc Duvall, Goodrich Aerostructures president, says. "Goodrich's Prestwick Service Center is one of our four nacelle service centers in EMEA and one of nine nacelle MROs in Goodrich's global network, which provides access to large nacelle rotables and MRO services to our customers, saving them time and money in transporting nacelle components around the world."
