HOUSTON, 28 May 2015. NASA issued a task order under Boeing’s [NYSE:BA] $4.2 billion Commercial Crew Transportation Capability (CCtCap) contract for the company’s first-ever service flight to the International Space Station (ISS) – marking the first time in human spaceflight history that NASA has contracted with a commercial company for a human spaceflight mission.

RICHMOND, B.C., 15 May 2015. MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (MDA; TSX:MDA), a global communications and information company, will provide RADARSAT-2 information to the Netherlands Space Office (NSO) for the next five years according to a $3.3 million (Canadian) contract amendment. The RADARSAT-2 information will be used to provide Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) information for government users as well as scientific and research purposes through the NSO Satellite Data Portal, a portal that enables the government of The Netherlands to disseminate satellite imagery to Dutch entities.
