TORONTO, Ontario, 4 Nov. 2009. ALT Software integrated its OpenGL ES 2.0 embedded graphics device drivers with the INTEGRITY real-time operating system (RTOS) from Green Hills Software in Santa Barbara, Calif.
OpenGL is a standard graphics API used in many computing systems. OpenGL ES 2.0 is an embedded subset of OpenGL defined by the Khronos Group for use in all manner of embedded systems, including mobile, industrial, automotive, medical, and avionics applications. OpenGL ES 2.0 enables these applications to leverage advanced capabilities of modern GPUs, ALT Software officials say.
