Panasonic Avionics names Catherine Razzano as CCO

LAKE FOREST, Calif. -- Catherine L. Razzano has been named Chief Compliance Officer by the Panasonic Avionics Corp., where she will be responsible for seeing the company comply with laws, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.

LAKE FOREST, Calif. -- Catherine L. Razzano has been named Chief Compliance Officer by the Panasonic Avionics Corp., where she will be responsible for seeing the company comply with laws, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.

Razzano previously served as Assistant General Counsel and Director at the General Dynamics Corp., with responsibilities including counsel on its business and legal strategies, and legal department budget management.

She also served as lead counsel for General Dynamics' Government Relations Department, in addition to guiding the company's compliance efforts with anti-bribery laws, export controls, economic sanctions, anti-boycott regulations, anti-money laundering, and third-party intermediary agreements and due diligence requirements.

Razzano has also worked at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, and Clifford Chance LLP.

She holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Catholic University of America's Columbus School of Law, and undergraduate degrees in international relations and Spanish from Boston University.

Intelligent Aerospace reported Panasonic Avionics had named Gaston Sandoval as its Global Head of Marketing and Product Management earlier this month.
