MIDDLETOWN, Ohio, 19 Jan. 2015. NuWaves Engineering in Middletown, Ohio, is introducing the NuPower 13G05A small, lightweight and high-efficiency power amplifier for a wide variety of air- or ground-based tactical, test, or training platforms.

The NuPower 13G05A >RF and microwave device provides saturated RF power of at least 35 Watts from 800 to 2000 MHz with greater than 40 percent module efficiency across the frequency band.

The NuPower 13G05A can be used with communications and telemetry systems to provide range extension or with electronic warfare (EW) systems for airborne electronic attack at low altitudes, including unmanned aircraft.
