Ball acquired Wavefront Technologies to further strengthen and diversify its business portfolio, company officials say. The buying price was not disclosed. Wavefront Technologies is an engineering and analytical services company specializing in communications and IT support to the U.S Government and Commercial Industry.
Wavefront Technologies provides systems and network engineering, software development software, and analytical services for cyber and mission-focused programs to the U.S. government and commercial industry, Ball officials say.
Established in 2004, Wavefront Technologies has a team of more than 100 skilled and cleared systems engineers, software engineers, and analysts has unique domain expertise. The entire Wavefront Technologies team will transition to Ball immediately as part of the sale.

Ball Aerospace supports missions for the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), NASA, NOAA, and other government agencies. The company develops and manufactures spacecraft, advanced instruments and sensors, components, data exploitation systems, and RF solutions.
