HAIFA, Israel, 3 Feb. 2016. Affinity Flying Services Limited, a joint venture between Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ:ESLT) and Kellog, Brown and Root Limited (KBR), won a fixed-price contract to support Ascent Flight Training (Services) Limited in the delivery of the U.K. Military Flight Training Systems (UKMFTS) program for the U.K. Ministry of Defence (MOD).

HAIFA, Israel, 3 Feb. 2016. Affinity Flying Services Limited, a joint venture between Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ:ESLT) and Kellog, Brown and Root Limited (KBR), won a fixed-price contract to support Ascent Flight Training (Services) Limited in the delivery of the U.K. Military Flight Training Systems (UKMFTS) program for the U.K. Ministry of Defence (MOD).

The UKMFTS program is a partnering agreement between U.K. Front Line Commands, the U.K. MOD, Ascent, and other leading industry partners to deliver aircrew training for the 21st century.

Revenue for Affinity associated with this program is estimated to be approximately £500 million British pounds (GBP) ($713 million) over an 18-year period. Elbit Systems and KBR, each holding a 50 percent share in Affinity, will evenly support and benefit from the program.
