MIDDLETOWN, Conn. Kaman Precision Products’ Memory Division, a designer and manufacturer of digital storage systems and media for military and aerospace applications, is introducing its Advanced Memory and Data Exchange Universal System (AMADEUS), including the Model 9740 Multi-Port data transfer unit and mini-Ground Station Adapter (GSA).
The Model 9740 provides simultaneous data interface over 10 Gigabit Ethernet, MIL-STD-1553, and RS-232/422, as well as options to record multiple SMPTE 292 and NTSC (RS-170) video/audio channels.
Each Kaman removable memory card (RMC) offers a 2 terabyte (TB) capacity with AES 256 encrypted data-at-rest packaged in a rugged, hermetically sealed stainless-steel case.
The pocket-sized GSA facilitates expeditionary operations and enables the operator to connect with virtually any computer via USB 3.0 to exchange pre- and post-mission data.
AMADEUS is engineered to align with Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE) and flawlessly perform in the harshest military, aerospace, and industrial environments.
Kaman Memory continues to focus on improving capacity, read/write exchange rates, data security, and size, weight, and power (SWaP) in a modular design to support unique and changing customer requirements.
For more than 40 years, Kaman Precision Memory Products has designed and manufactured high-performance digital storage systems and media for military and aerospace applications. The company’s advanced, ruggedized memory systems are designed to survive the extreme temperature and vibration environments in a range of industries.
