KARACHI, Pakistan. Engineers at X Technologies Inc., an engineering services and products company in San Antonio, Texas, are developing a standard test system for use by the Pakistan Air Force based on a newly signed memorandum of understanding (MOU).

KARACHI, Pakistan. Engineers at X Technologies Inc., an engineering services and products company in San Antonio, Texas, are developing a standard test system for use by the Pakistan Air Force based on a newly signed memorandum of understanding (MOU).

X Technologies’ test system will have the capability to support testing of all Pakistan Air Force jet engines. Company and military officials signed the MoU during a ceremony in Karachi, Pakistan, at the International Defence Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS) 2016.

X Technologies was showcasing its engineering capabilities at IDEAS2016 along with local representatives from FMG Global.

Signing the MoU are X Technologies CEO Jesse Ayala and Air Commodore Shams ul Haq of the Pakistan Air Force.

“The purpose of the agreement is to extend the capabilities of the company’s enhanced Generic Engine Test (eGENT) test system to include additional jet, turbo jet, and turbo shaft engine types,” explains X Technologies Technical Director Max Thrailkill.

“We have been working with the Pakistan Air Force since 2014 and find them to be very professional and competent. We are proud to join the other exhibitors of IDEAS2016 supporting the conference theme of Arms for Peace,” X Technologies CEO Jesse Ayala says.
